30 minute Holy Fire Reiki Healing

Using Holy Fire Usui Reiki, I channel energy and direct it to specific areas of your meridians to help encourage your body to heal itself helping to clear "muck" trapped in the energy meridians of the body. Daily stress as well as repetitive exposure to electronics and environmental toxins can cause a kind of energetic dust that clogs up your meridians and can cause your energy to become slow and sluggish or create physical pain. Reiki does not claim to relieve pain, but it does create a sense of relaxation and peace that helps your body to let go of the muck it has picked up. Because the healing energy comes from source, often I get messages from spirit during your healing. 

During a healing, you sit or lay comfortably while I play calming music to help you relax. I use a hands off approach hoving my hands a few inches over your body along the meridians (major arteries). There is usually a warm feeling and overall you feel a sense of being held in a warm soft cocoon.
